Overview

Following a round of layoffs, I was actively seeking new opportunities when a close friend and colleague reached out on LinkedIn with an urgent need for design support at Flexcare Medical Staffing. As the only designer on their team, she was overwhelmed with a heavy workload, so I joined as a full-time contractor to help her tackle several major projects, primarily in Product Design. During my time there, I also connected with the marketing team, who were similarly in need of design assistance. While working with them, the idea for an updated brand began to take shape. Although this rebrand was never formally pitched to Flexcare, it was a project I developed on the side, with the hope that it might one day come to fruition.
